Leadership
I served as Team Leader and for a business concept project at the University’s New Venture Expo, where I led a team in developing a business plan for a Padel Club. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
Cultural Awareness
Traveling as a family allows us to reflect on what truly matters to us. It fosters a collective sense of curiosity and gratitude for the world while reinforcing the importance of our own values. For me, those moments are about embracing where we come from while staying open to how different perspectives can enrich us individually and as a family.
Adaptability and Flexibility
Growing up in Venezuela and moving to Tampa for college taught me how to adjust to completely new environments. I quickly learned to navigate different climates, cultural norms, and routines, which prepared me to adapt to any situation with ease.
Communication
Being bilingual helps me connect with more people, adjust how I communicate depending on who I’m talking to, and overcome language barriers in different situations. It’s a skill that makes it easier for me to work with others, build relationships, and share ideas in a clear and meaningful way, no matter the language.
Problem Solving
Whether it’s figuring out how to improve a process, resolving challenges at work, or brainstorming new ideas, I approach problems with a calm and critical mindset. I enjoy thinking outside the box to find solutions that work and make a positive impact.
Work Ethic
I’m committed to giving my best in everything I do, staying reliable, and following through on my responsibilities. I stay motivated to achieve my goals, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results, whether I’m working independently or as part of a team.
